Celia Missios has twenty-five plus years of corporate business development experience within the aerospace, technology and communication industries. Combing her energetic and creative entrepreneurial spirit with her corporate business development experience has been instrumental in taking the ZAZA brand to the next level. As ZAZA continues to evolve, Celia draws on her corporate experience to standardize ZAZA policies and procedures that will provide the foundation for both ZAZA and employee growth within the ZAZA cafes.

Olivia Costantino has had a front row seat to cafe life from the time she could walk. Often accompanying her mother to work at the cafes first observing how things operated, and as she got older helping out after school. Olivia's desire to work in the family business, along with her youthful vision of the world, is helping to ensure ZAZA continues to move forward with the changing of time. In the role of Barista, Olivia is gaining valuable hands on experience which will help guide the cafes' day to day operations into the future. Dolce provides a tranquil office. He is a great reminder for us to take breaks - also known as doggie walks and treat time. He loves going on cafe runs and meeting cafe guests, especially the ones who he brings a smile to their face.
